What is Iberwine?

IBERWINE is a comprehensive, international event for the vitiviniculture sector welcoming all facets included in this. It is aimed at both national and international producers. IBERWINE is organised by Emporio Ferial, S.A., a company dedicated to the organisation and promotion of events in different activity sectors with two head offices:

  • Valladolid. Spain. 25th, 26th and 27th May 2010
  • Miami. USA. 16th and 17th October 2010.

Who can exhibit?

Wineries, companies that produce products derived from grapes, Designation of Origin Regulatory Boards, Vino de la Tierra Associations, Protected Geographical Indications, distributors, online distributors, official wine-making promotional institutions (national, autonomous region, provincial, etc.), export consortiums, companies and institutions promoting wine tourism, Internet companies, companies with sustainable projects relating to the wine-making and vitiviniculture industry in general, etc.

Auxiliary industries: glass, corks, cabinets, wine racks, dispensers, climate control for storing wine, capsule manufacturers, bottling machinery and auxiliary equipment, wine processing and treatment machinery, oenological products and laboratory materials, machinery for grape processing, conditioning units, etc.

 

How much can it cost me to participate in Iberwine Valladolid 2010?

You can consult the Participation Form and General Terms and Conditions of Participation in pdf format, in the Exhibitors section.

The different ways you can participate and current rates in force are detailed in these documents.

What should I do to participate in Iberwine Valladolid 2010?

You should send the Participation Form to the organisers, Emporio Ferial, S.A., correctly completed and accompanied by a copy of proof of payment for 30% of the total amount to be invoiced.

As an exhibiting company, how many Exhibitor passes will I be allowed?

The organising company will give each Direct Exhibitor 5 Exhibitor passes per 25m2-module hired, and 2 units per 9m2-modular stand.

Where only floor space is hired, one pass will be given for every 10m2 up to 100m2. Above said area size, please consult the organisers.

If you are an Indirect Exhibitor, please see the Direct Exhibitor who will present you the passes.

Until when do I have to decide if I want to participate?

The registration period for exhibiting companies ends on 28th April.

Who should I contact to hire additional services?

What is the Fair timetable for Exhibitors?

Exhibitors may access the site one hour before visitors and leave it one hour later. Opening times for visitors will be from 10.00h to 20.00h.

 

 

Catalogue listing

All data is provided and sent online, and exhibiting companies will receive a code that will permit them access to a restricted zone on this website. In this zone all the data that the Iberwine 2010 organisers have on them can be found. Here it can be updated so that it appears correctly in the catalogue.

VISITORS

Who are the visitors?

Iberwine is dedicated to wine professionals, wine tourism and any other sector related to the activities previously mentioned (restaurant industry companies, stores specialising in wine, hypermarkets, airlines, hotels, travel agents, the media, wine websites, food industry websites, etc.).

As well as the media, companies that provide training can access the site, along with publishers, advertising agents and any fine wine enthusiasts in general.

How do I register and obtain a pass?

Visitors – both professionals and journalists - can register for free on this website.

Do I have to pay to register?

The pass is free for all professionals who pre-register online, whether they are professionals or journalists. When arriving at the site you will have to show proof of this. Additionally, anyone who accesses the Fair with an invitation can also enter for free.

Where can I find a list of exhibiting companies?

The Official Catalogue has a list of all Iberwine 2010 Exhibitors and can be purchased during the Fair or via our website.

As well as the exhibition of products, is there any parallel activity of interest for sector professionals?

Iberwine is characterised for hosting a large number of activities related to the sector: conferences, competitions, wine-tasting, demonstrations, degustation events, etc. You can consult all the information in the Programme section.

Do Iberwine organisers encourage professional group visits from sector associations?

Iberwine facilitates group visits whose activity is closely linked to the wine sector, such as trade organisations, sector associations and students who are carrying out higher studies relating to the wine sector. These are welcome to visit the Fair by contacting the Visitor's Customer Services in advance.

I wish to receive authorisation as a press member to attend Iberwine: what should I do?

To attend as a press member, you should complete the authorisation application that you can find in the section Online Authorisation. You can obtain authorisation in the Iberwine Press area if you meet one of these two criteria:

  • You are a journalist and you can prove that you work for the general, financial or technical media concerned with food and drink.
  • If you work for a Communications Agency.

Where can I pick up my Authorisation?

At the Press Authorisation desk, at the entry to the exhibition site.

Does the Press Room have any equipment for me to work with?

The press room has computers with the most commonly-used programmes, as well as Internet connection.

What is the Press Room timetable?

The Press Room is open during the same hours as the Fair.
