As required the L.O 15/1999, from December 13th, about the Protection of Personal Information and stipulated in the articles related, Emporio Ferial informs the customer that there is an automatic file create by and for Emporio Ferial and maintained by it to store and manage the personal information about its customers, as well as perform activities of information, formation and selling services and products related to the Web Site. Emporio Ferial also informs that, in order to perform some kinds of services, it may request additional information from the customer, whom can freely choose to give or deny the information requested. Although the customer has the option to not give the information, the absence of certain data will prevent Emporio Ferial from performing some services.
Emporio Ferial informs that the customer has the right to know, correct, question or cancel the personal data store by Emporio Ferial.
To use his right to know, correct, question or cancel the personal data, the customer must send a request to: Emporio Ferial; c/ Velázquez, 28, 2º Izquierda – 28001 Madrid (Spain).
The request must contain information about the name and address of the customer, and a copy of his Identity Card.
Emporio Ferial undertakes the responsibility of respecting the secrecy of personal information and the duty of keeping it, and will endeavour to avoid adulteration, loss, and unauthorized access to it, as requires the Royal Edict 994/1999, from July 11th (Spain), about Protection of Personal Files.
Communications
The customer acknowledges that Emporio Ferial may send him business and commercial information regarding to products or services of its on or of third parties, by email, postal services or other ways. If the customer does not wish to receive the communications, he can require, at any moment, the cessation and for that, as for any kind of consultation or remark, the customer may address Emporio Ferial by post (to its commercial address).
